Estimating your shipment delivery time

Renovator Store works hard to try and exceed your delivery expectations - but of course we have to work with and rely on our National Carrier Partners to collect and deliver our customers' orders carefully and efficiently.  Whilst we cannot control carrier performance or accurately predict shipment delivery dates and times, we do have strong partnerships with our carriers who are selected on overall service, economics and efficiency. We also provide our customers:

  • Tracking information (where available), so you can follow the progress of your shipment

  • Estimated delivery times based on Carrier's standards and our observations

  • Confidence through our guarantees to replace items ultimately lost or damaged in transit (see our Purchase Terms)

Plan for shipping - We advise our customers to plan ahead when purchasing.  Allow reasonable time for delivery.   Of course, exceptions to expectations can occur - your shipment may arrive early or it may arrive late.  Of course, we are very happy to assist if you are experiencing delivery issues.  However, in most cases the Carrier is the most informed about the status of your shipment, and contacting them direct is the most efficent way to get updates or assistance.   

Check your order on delivery - The Carrier or local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is typically required to confirm safe receipt.  If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, the Carrier should leave a card advising where it can be collected or how to arrange re-delivery. If there is evident damage of the products then it is best to not sign for those items and to contact us immediately.

Carrier’s delivery policy generally does not allow the driver to carry any items into customers’ properties such as units, business buildings or any other flat buildings which are located in upper levels.  Please note that the proposed delivery time is taken for whole day and extra charge will be included if special arrangement for delivery is requested.
